How the process of delivering and collecting studies using WOW works

1. Registration and examination at the facility

All modalities used in radiology and nuclear medicine are supported.

2. Examination processing in PACS system

The Zbadani.pl connector service at the facility registers information about the examination.

3. Linking patient identifier and phone number

This happens automatically (according to defined rules) or manually.

4. Possibility for patient to order images

DICOM images are made available to the patient upon request through wyniki.zbadani.pl and Zbadani.pl Patient Portal. DICOM files are stored in a secure cloud.

5. Images are ready for download

The patient receives an SMS notification about image availability for download. They can download them within 30 days, and after registering in the Zbadani.pl Patient Portal - without limitations!

6. Making examination description available to patient

After the doctor creates the description, it is attached to the examination in text and PDF format. The patient receives a notification when the description becomes available on the platform.
